`role list` reads GET /admin/v1/roles: built-ins first with assignable / admin_grant_only flags, then the team's custom roles. Live assertions self-arm once apiservice#73 deploys; until then a 404 skips them loudly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
